Hence, considering all the disadvantages of the two way, going to exercise in the indoor jungle gym is not only good for children's growth, but also of great benefit to their emotion.

In addition, another thing I want to warn students who choose to lose wight by using diet pills or skipping meals is that they are likely to result in increased fatigue and lowered stamina. For students, this can be detrimental to their academical performance. Some students may also develop an obsession with their day-to-day wight loss results, stealing their attention away from their academic work and making them increasingly apathetic toward their studies. If young students choose to lose weight in the indoor jungle gym, these bad effects will be largely prevented.

Finally, taking weight-loss drugs and skipping meals are perceived by many young people as fast and easy ways to deal with obesity. However, like most other "quick-fix" health solutions, they are limited in efficiency and potentially dangerous to children's health. It is only by adopting a long-tern regimen of regular exercise in the indoor jungle gym or in other exercising places, eating healthily, getting enough sleep can obese individuals lose weight in a safe, non-disruptive and sustained way.
