Children holding different views can't get along with each other in the indoor playground?

In a team, unity is one of the most highly-valued commodities, with all members moving forward the same goal. Without their combined effort, there is no way they could achieve that goal. At work, a person could be a team leader who has to be responsible for developing key strategies, making major project plans as well as managing their team members. While if there are members in the team who disagree with the views of their partners or the leader, especially when there is a conflict among children, can they still get on well with each other in the indoor playground? Now let's discuss it together. And the following are some of my opinions.

In the first place, there is no denying that people with the similar interests and agree with each other on the same view find it easier to become friends. To quote a well- known proverb, "birds of a feather flock together". One of the major elements that sustain excellent human relations lies in extensive communication and common agreement. In most cases, having similar views provides a good topic for discussion and more chances to have fun together. As the two are familiar with it, an in-depth talk is more likely to happen. During the course of exchanging ideas, much can be gained and mutual understanding will be strengthened as well.

However, difference is not the barrier to friendship, especially for children. It sometimes happens that kids may get into fight when they can't agree on something. But we should never forget it that kids will seldom remember bad things as long as they feel happy in the indoor playground, and it will not be hard thing for them the share the same room with those who used to disagree with them. In fact, as long as there is sincerity, affection and mutual trust existing between two people, even the friendship among adults will he strengthened. Therefore, with the purpose of making friends with others, it is not a hard thing to tolerate differences.

Furthermore, having a friend with different interests or views makes life more interesting and colorful. There is an old saying in China that "without a fight of disagreement, one can never make true friends." This proverb actually makes sense. By showing different view to others, they will become more familiar with new topic and will get a new way of thinking, which would certainly add joy to his life. As a matter of fact, if we could have our kids learn the ability to adapt different ideas, it is a great gain in their life.

To summarize, friendship is established of various elements. Everyone is entitled to select their friends according to their own standard. As regard to kids, it is better for them to join into a group first in the indoor playground instead of rejecting those who share different views from yours. And this is the best way to gain both happiness and friendship.
